Meet the Guys
Club J.E.D. consists of three guys making a lot of noise. The band has been together since Christmas of 1999, when J.D. joined Joel and Erik to complete the ensemble.

Up Close and Personal
Here's your chance to meet the band individually and find out about their tastes in music...

Erik: Erik is the drummer for Club J.E.D., and he sure knows how to bang those skins! He has had no formal training on the drums, but is a talented piano and violin player. He put those on hold for a while so that he can put down the beat for C.J. Erik plays a TKO set and uses Pearl and Paiste Cymbals to help drive the band.

Joel: Joel is the lead singer and guitar player for the band. He has never had a lesson, but has lots of musical training. He has played the piano, clarinet, and the violin. Joel is fond of playing old-fashioned blues licks to Erik's upbeat rhythms to create a unique sound. He plays an Epiphone S-type and an Epiphone Les Paul through a Electar Tube 30 amplifier.

J.D.: JD was the last to join the band, but when he came he brought his own style to the mix. JD plays a jazz style of bass, incorporating slap techniques, note bending, and Dorean scales to the music. JD is also the bands "Mr Everything", playing the bass, the guitar, the trumpet, the piano, and the bongos! He plays a Fender Jazz Bass through a Crate amp.

When our powers combine...
You get Club J.E.D. C.J.'s style of music can be described as; heavier than Nsync, but softer than Limp Bizkit. Anything in between is fair game at a Club J.E.D. concert.
